The Northern Middlesex Regional Emergency Communications Center in Tewksbury, Massachusetts, demonstrates how ICF can address requirements that go well beyond energy performance. The 7,000-square-foot hardened regional communications center serves as the primary 911 dispatch facility for Tewksbury and Dracut and was designed with ballistic-resistant ICF walls to help it remain operational during extreme weather conditions and other emergencies.
